Pilates is suitable for you if: If you have not exercised in a long time & want to start moving again You would like to improve your health If you would like to work on something that is preventing you from doing what you love  You would like to have some fun in a relaxed environment Where will I start? We recommend starting with a Back-to-Basics Class or a Beginners Class. This is the perfect starting point if you are new to Pilates. Your Teacher will guide you from there.
