PHYSIOTHERAPY

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We have 24 hours cancellation policy

• We operate a prepaid service. You will be sent a SumUp link to pay for your appointment before you attend.

Payment needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to secure

the booking

Alternatively you can book your appointment online on our website

• Appointment Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Full appointment fees apply to any late cancellation in less than 24 hours.

• Late for an appointment

    If you are late for an appointment your physiotherapist will provide the treatment for the remaining time of the session. Full fee for this appointment applies.

Please ensure you give yourself plenty of time for the increased volume of traffic on the roads, especially on the busier days and times for road traffic.

Our time is valuable and we have patients on our waiting lists. We need 24 hours’ notice to fill the appointment time. We work hard to try to keep our waiting lists to a minimum so no one is waiting too long to see a member of our Team. Hence, we have a strict cancellation policy.

✔️ If you book a class and do not show up for the class then our system will automatically deduct it from your pack.

If you are attending classes on the weekends, please ensure you know how to cancel classes on the website or the APP. 

Our front desk team can help you with this. We have no one monitoring the phone or emails from 12pm on Saturdays until 9am on Monday morning. 

If you leave a voicemail or send an email cancelling a weekend class this will not be received and you will lose your class credit

✔️Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place.

✔️Our Mindbody is a user friendly self booking system which allows you to book and cancel  classes yourself. 

✔️ Please note that all packs have a 6 -month expiry on them, so the number of classes in your package need to be used up within this time period. 

✔ Missed classes cannot be carried forward.

✔ Pilates accounts cannot be shared.

✔️ All classes/packages purchased using a promotional/discount offer are non-refundable.

✔ Please note your expiry date. Expiration dates cannot be extended for any reason.

✔️️ All classes must be booked in advance as our spaces are limited to 10 per class.

✔ It may occasionally be necessary for us to make changes to our services and we reserve the right to make such changes. If there are changes in the timetable due to adverse weather conditions or substitution of Teachers, we will try to notify you in advance but are not obliged to do so. You will receive notification on Teacher changes via email. Please ensure you are subscribed to receive emails from our system if you would like to know this information.

✔️️WAITLIST- We recommend that you "opt in" to receive text/e-mail notification alerts so that if you are on a class waitlist you will be automatically alerted when a space becomes available and have the option (by text) to advise us whether or not you wish to take the class

Please DO NOT join the waitlist if you cannot attend on short notice. You might be enrolled into the class up to 1 hour before class starts. 

If you are added to the class but you don't attend - the payment will apply
