All visitors are now required to register their car on arrival. ✅ Scan the QR code in the clinic or visit scan.cpms.ie – site code 1467 ✅ Register your car details & pay (€1 per session) ✅ You’ll receive a confirmation email – your car is only covered once you get this. Pilates is suitable for you if: If you have not exercised in a long time & want to start moving again You would like to improve your health If you would like to work on something that is preventing you from doing what you love You would like to have some fun in a relaxed environment Where will I start? We recommend starting with a Back-to-Basics Class or a Beginners Class. This is the perfect starting point if you are new to Pilates. Your Teacher will guide you from there. You can start with Beginners Mat or Reformer. They are both for new clients. What if I find it too tough or if I am not able? Pilates is a gentle, low impact workout.
